Change issue details fixed size

      After updating to GreenHopper 6.2.1, the Issue details view is very small.

      Looking at the HTML, it looks like the width is set to 400px:

      batch.css (line 204)
      #ghx-detail-view {
    width: 400px;
}

      Changing 400px to free solves the problem.
