As of GH 6.2.1, the column width for issue detail view (while in Plan mode) is thinner than previous versions, and I've been hearing complaints about it.

GHS-2295 inspired me to write this, and I left a comment there. I wasn't sure if anyone would see it, so I created this. Feel free to close it if it's a duplicate.
