The "View on Board" option does not open in a new tab

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Software Server. Using JIRA Software Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      When viewing an issue, there is a 'View on Board' link in the Agile Section. Command+click or Ctrl+click the 'View on Board' link, opens the issue again in a popup window (but everything appears messed) overlapping the current issue:

      Problem reproduced using Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

      P.S.: Command+click or Ctrl+click in another links displayed on the page opens the link on a new page without any problems.
