Rapid board goes above columns headers in chrome when zoom-in is set to 125%

      To reproduce:
      0. Use chrome
      1. Open rapid board (which have enough height to not fit to the window)
      2. Zoom-in to 125% (ctrl+mouse scroll)
      3. Refresh page (it happens only when page is loaded while the zoom-in is already set to 125%)
      4. scroll the board

      Now you should be able to see something similar to attached image - the part of board is above the column headers.

      This was spotted on JDOG.
