            I've upgraded to 6.5.0 and unestimatable issues are no longer being included in the % of unestimated issues. Unfortunately issues that can be estimated but have no value are also not being displayed as unestimated.

            I've got five stories and a bug (bugs can be estimated in our configuration) with no value in the Story Points field. The "Incomplete Unestimated Issues" table below the chart is displaying them, but the chart is showing zero percent unestimated work.
