As a GreenHopper user, I would like to (bulk) add Epic Links to resolved issues

Having read GHS-6828 I now understand that we are experiencing the problem we have because we never used the Epic/Theme field due to limitations with it in GreenHopper Classic. The workaround for that is to first go back and set the Epic/Theme field for all issues that are part of an Epic and then re-start the migration process.

For the sake of this issue that leaves one remaining issue in that once a Sprint is released it is no longer possible to add any of its resolved issues to an Epic. Just as it may be useful to set a Component on an issue even after the issue is resolved in order to generate more accurate historic statistics it is also desirable to be able to add issues to an Epic after the issue is completed. Please add the ability to set Epic Links on resolved issues.
