Today expired our license for GreenHopper. From today GreenHopper is not working! When we click on the main menu on "Agile" Jira does not appear to Greenhoper dashboard, but redirects us to jira Plugin management.
GreenHopper is very critical to our business. Our projects are affected. Please what is the fastest solution. We need to work GreenHopper ASAP.
And what is the status "License is for an older version and maintenance has expired". I don't understand this.
Installed version: 6.1.4
Available version: 6.1.5
Developer: Atlassian
Add-on key: com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira
License details: Unlimited-user commercial license, Standard, expires 28.03.2013
License status: License is for an older version and maintenance has expired
License SEN: SEN-2240831

Workaround
After updating to UPM 2.1.1+ (either 2.1.1 or 2.1.2 would contain the fix), your GreenHopper may still report itself as having a maintenance-expired license. This is because plugin licenses get cached and are only recomputed once a day.
To refresh your cached GreenHopper license you can do the following:
Copy your GreenHopper license in your UPM (Plugin Manager)
Remove the GreenHopper license in your UPM such that it says it is unlicensed
Paste (re-enter) the GreenHopper license and submit it.
By doing the workaround you described above, you essentially did the same thing.
