Classic Epic Migration Truncated Project Selection List when Selecting Too Many Projects

If customer attempt to migrate a lot of Projects using Classic Epic Migration, the list of project selection gets truncated until unable to select further option.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create 50 Projects
2. Use the Classic Epic Migration
3. Select and include the projects
4. Notice the truncated selection list as shown on the screenshot

Note: It appears to be consistent towards Chrome (v25), Firefox (v19) and IE 9
