Remaining Time Estimate does not equal remaining hours on the iteration

      When I re-parent a subtask from an active sprint to a Story in the backlog, the Remaining Time Estimate in the Burndown Chart Report is no longer equal to the sum of the Remaining Hours in the Iteration.
