Inconsistent column statistics in GreenHopper Control Chart

The column statistics in GreenHopper control chart seems inconsistent when configuring the chart refinement.

As an example, when selecting 2 columns (To Do, In Progress) in the refinement configuration, the statistic for an issue is displayed as follows:

But when re-configuring the refinement and exclude the To Do column, the same issue statistics is displayed as follows instead:

Note that the statistics for the In Progress changes after configuring the chart refinement, and it looks like the original value is replaced by the To Do column statistic.
