I was happy to find customization capabilities so that I could define a context that filtered down to just issue assigned to me . It is a convenient view for work planning and status. However, quite a few of our developers work on more than one project including (and especially) me! We also have some project managers that manage a few related projects in concert. Could there be a way to have related projects in one taskboard? A manager could get a multi-project taskboard and developers could define a context for only their items across related projects.

I'm not sure, I'm just a Sales Engineer. The GreenHopper Product Management and development team would know better, but since it is currently on 'Wish List' I don't know if it will be in a release in the near future.

Yes. Will you guys be working on it soon?

Is this the same as GHS-705?

            Hey JC,

We need this feature (cross-project personal Task Board) for our Daily Scrum activities. We are too small to do per-project Daily Scrums, and it's inconvenient to not be able to pull up all tasks assigned to an individual in the Task Board view. Will this capability be added to JIRA 4.x?

            Thanks,
            Jeff

            Hi Bob,

I agree it would be nice but....
The problem that we have is that GreenHopper is focussing on Project visibility not individual

You are more looking for a Personal TaskBoard that will show the entire ongoing work of one user regardless the projects and or versions.
And GreenHopper's TaskBoard offers a project/version TaskBoard which goal is to show the project/version ongoing work and progress regardless the users. (of course you can have a personal TaskBoard with the proper filter but it will still be in that project/version)

I think they both answer different needs.. No?

            Cheers,
