As a user I want to be able to clone a ticket already assigned to an active sprint but given the option not to include it in that sprint or instead place in top of backlog

    Description

      Currently when you clone a ticket that is already assigned to an active sprint, the ticket is being assigned to that sprint as well forcing you to remove it from that sprint to put in the backlog. It makes no sense to always assign it to the sprint that the original ticket is assigned to.
