As of now, the Velocity Chart includes completed Issues removed from Sprints in the team's velocity (as in attached screenshots). Some teams, however, would not like those Issues to be accounted for (e.g. if they were completed by someone else). It would be handy to have an option in the Chart to exclude those Issues.
