Regression - Adding an issue to an epic does not reindex the issue

    Description

      Adding an issue to an epic adds a history entry for the Epic Link value, also the issue change date changes, but the issue isn't reindexed. Using the "Recently Updated" Quick Filter then fails to find the issuedd
