Sprint 'scroll' bar at the bottom of the sprint looks like a UI tool, not an actionable button

When viewing a board in plan mode, you can click between the sprint and backlog to adjust what issues are in the sprint, but this looks like a simple UI tool to expand the sprint window. This is very misleading and can result in bouncing issues out of the sprint.
