Current Status

An user will only be able to "Release" a GH Sprint if he has the Administration permission over the project.

Expected Behaviour

There are a lot of cases which users should be able to Release a sprint without being project Administrator.

Note

Note that the person can already do a bulk update to accomplish the same thing, so it's hard to justify why the user can't release the sprint without being a project admin.
