Card is stuck in wrong column and cannot be moved

This is quite easy to reproduce:

1. Create 5 cards in rapid board work mode
2. Drag and drop the 5 cards one by one from one column to another
3. After average 5-7 trials, at least one card should be stuck in wrong column
4. The problematic card can not be moved to any column
   sometime it reproducible after 1-2 trials

Somehow the card is fix after the following:

• Re-Index JIRA manually
• Move other card (for example AT-6 from the screenshot above) to In-Progress column
