In the first screenshot, you see the addition of lots of issues to an epic all within a short time frame. Each issue being added generates one tooltip.

In the second screenshot, you see the bulk transition of some issues to the Done status. It seems that here the tooltips are collapsed, so that multiple events are listed in the one tooltip.

Is there a reason for this difference?
