      • The black line "unestimated issues" will never be present – remove from legend?
      • The blue line "total issues" will always be the same as the light green line "total estimate" – remove the blue line from the chart and legend?
      • If blue and black lines are removed, also remove the right-hand y-axis series from the chart.
