      Theme will be represented as a indexed card displaying:

      1. A description
      2. Time Tracking stats
      3. Watched fields stats

      One of the main objective of this story is to fulfill the "Theme" as expressed by Mike Cohn.

            Questions:

            1. Should subs inherit the parent issue labels?
              1. At creation
              2. At edition
            2. For the edition as for now it is a simple text box, should we provide something else?
