Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Kanban board with some issues.
2. Release some of the issues on 'Done' column.
3. On the 'Columns Configuration', the issue count will still remain the same which has caused confusion to the users.

Expected behavior:
The issue count should reflect the exact number of issues displayed on the board without ignoring the 'Work Sub-Filter' constrain
