Burndown guideline with non working day segments incorrectly calculated

      Could be caused by GHS-7007

      It looks like the guideline calculation doesn't cater for the case where the sprint end date is before "now", resulting in the guideline finishing in the correct sprint end point, but using incorrect decrement delta for the previous working day blocks
