[JSWSERVER-6861] Spike: Right click menus on cards in backlog
Some notes from offline design discussions:
1. We're removing the "tally" at the top of the menu. (3) items selected
2. right-click is an implicit selection of the item and deselects other items on single select and adds to the selected items for shift (multi-select)

When no issue is currently selected the dropdown shows up empty (10px height)
Right click on an issue when the menu is already open will open a new menu positioned 0x0
When there are no open sprints it still says Add to Sprint
Right click on an issue that is not yet selected won't select it and the action then act on the currently selected issue
No workie on work mode
