Epic label colour drop down menu is not working on IE 9

The Epic Label Colour drop down menu is not working on IE 9 as shown in the screen shot, screen on the left menu opened in Chrome, on the right menu opened in IE9 (native IE 9 browser without enable compatibility mode).
