"Issue has been created but is not currently visible" message showing when issue is visible

    Description

      Create issue via "Create Issue" button on Epics panel

      Issue is not currently visible message shows

      Issue appears in backlog

      It's because we're creating the issue and then assigning it to the epic after the fact. We'll have to avoid showing this message in this case.
