The RB is a great feature in GreenHopper. We have a kanban and a scrum board with multiple projects. The board is set up to use projects as swimlanes (via JQL).

For our organisation it is very useful to see the projects and the work each assignee has.
Because of the large number of users a quick filter dropdown list with all possible assignees would make it easier for us to simultanously see:

• in which projects the assignee is working
• which issues are assigned to the user

Using quick filters for projects and setting the swimlanes to assignees is not an option for us. This is because:

• when selecting multiple filters for projects there are no issues belonging to two projects at the same time, so the query does not return any values
• we have to be able to see the work of one assignee at the time, with the work divided over several projects (this is due to the fact that our teammembers work in several projects simultanously)

Resolving this would be very helpful for our planners en managers.
