As a planner, I would like to see the "bare minimum" quick create form for creating epics, even if my preference for regular quick create is to see all fields

      COS:

      • Clicking Create Epic loads Quick Create form with just the minimum fields shown, always (despite preference for "All" vs "Custom" fields in the Quick Create config)
      • Subsequent usage of Quick Create (not explicitly for epics) should show the fields that are configured for my preferences (i.e. revert back to "All" if that was my preference before creating epics)
