Status change history service should query by status id instead of name

Currently we have to query the change history according to the status name (as this was the only thing available in the index), which causes huge problems when a user renames a status or when a client anonymizes the change history data.

5.2 seems to also have stored/indexed by the status id, which would allow us to correctly load the status history even when status names changes.
