Default detail view behaviour on Plan Mode is incorrect

When a user visits Plan Mode for the first time (i.e. their client side cache is cleared) they should be shown the "instructions" detail view.

Currently on default branch, this is not the case.

I think this has something to do with the url parameters being populated with these settings when switching to Plan Mode:

RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=7
    &view=planning.nodetail   // this should not be set?
