Description

Currently, only the first sprint that can be started. So, the ability to move sprints up and down in plan mode would be really useful without having to move planned issues around just to make a sprint to be at the top.

Also, there's a weird way to move a sprint to the top.

At least an issue need to be inside the sprint e.g. sprint A.
Then, drag the footer of sprint(A) to be at other sprint/s' footer at the top.
This will kicked out all the issues in sprint(A) into backlog or any sprint below it.
Sprint(A) will be place at the dragged position.

This is not a suitable workaround as it will caused more confusion than it will helps.
