As a Scrum Master I want to be able to track team capacity for a given sprint at the team member level and then sum to team total

      I would like to be able to see what my team capacity is for a given sprint while I am in sprint planning. This way we can fill up our time bucket with stories by person and by team total to make sure we are not over committing. We do not use Story Points, we use Original Estimates in our rapid board.

      Example:
      Sprint Sept. 7th - Sept. 28th (16 days x 75% allocation (6hrs per person per day) = 248hrs for the sprint
