Put link to creating users in JIRA in to the GH 101

"As a new Greenhopper user, there seems to be a big assumption that I already know or have configured JIRA - specifically, I have not idea how to create my team. Where do I add team members? I guess that's a JIRA thing, there's not info in the GreenHopper 101. There should at least be a reference with a link - "Go here to learn how to set up your team"."

Could we do this?
