Rapid Board - Allow new Subtasks to be created under the same status as their parent issues

    Description

      In the Rapid Board Kanban "Work" mode, when a new sub-task is created from a parent please allow GreenHopper to be able to have the option of moving the new subtasks to the same workflow status, as long as the subtask workflow and parent workflows support that status.

      Currently, when a new Sub-task is created it will have "Open" status and not the status of its parent.
