Creating a Rapid Board has no indication that it is processing

      This is most noticeable with large instances of JIRA, but when creating a rapid board, there is no indication that the request is being processed. There is no loading marker, or indication from the browser that it is loading. Example screenshot:

      Best case would be to improve the performance for larger instances, but it would be helpful to have some like this example load indicator:
