Post compute the rapid board links on view issue and remove the issue action

      Founder feedback on the Rapid Board issue action and Agile Rapid board link is that it not needed most of the time.

      if users click a link that 90% of the time does nothign for them they "lose confidence" that it will ever do something for them.
