Configure JIRA workflow by setting up Rapid Board columns

For users getting started with GreenHopper and JIRA, it would be handy to allow them to create a new workflow as they define the columns of their Rapid Board, rather than have to create the workflow in advance.

This would make it super quick and easy to get started using GH and JIRA, and avoid the more daunting aspects of workflow management.

The more we can do intelligently behind the scenes, the better. Prompt to ask questions, like "You've tried to transition this issue to a workflow state that doen't have a transition defined - would you like to create one?"
