          [JSWSERVER-5004] Make TEAMCAL integration work

          You were missing /sprint/list?

          https://jdog.atlassian.net/rest/greenhopper/1.0/integration/teamcalendars/sprint/list?jql=project%20=%20%22JIRA%20Development%22

Right now on JDOG its really damn slow, mainly because checking for the
editable state is very expensive. If you want it faster, we can remove that
          for much better performance.

Is this on JDOG yet? So we can test it out on our side?

We need to flick the switch on our side and re-deploy the plugin to an environment (e.g. PUG) and test it with JDOG or any server...

nmuldoon not sure at the moment, I only tested that the REST calls return the proper JSON. I'm not sure if the TEAMCAL part of this is done, but I know ours is.
