Allow a Business Value tracking field to be selected, the default should be the Business Value field but it should be possible to set it to any other numeric field
Allow the detail view to show the Business Value tracking field and for it to be inline edited
Provide a Business Value delivered chart that is identical to the Velocity chart but plots the business value estimate
