Feature request - Rapid Board: Three state quick filters

Quick filters in Rapid board should be possible to configure with three states

• Positive (green)
• Negative (red)
• Passive (none)

Some types of filters may be relevant for both positive and negative filtering. It would be useful to have the possibility to use the same button for both, instead of having several buttons.
An example:
Button name: Epic
Positive: issuetype = Epic
Negative: issuetype != Epic

This will make it easier to find a suitable combination of different filters for many occasions. It will also help save space since the alternative today is having both "Show Epic" and "Hide Epic"

Having coloured background on the buttons will also visualize the active filters even more. Today it is easy to see that it is an active filter when focused on, but when focus is further down the page it may be easily overlooked.
