      Hi All,

We have implemented the first step in automatic updating of the new boards in GreenHopper 6.0.4. You can find a screenshot in the release notes.

The new functionality is in work mode only. When a change by another user is detected:

      • If the window does not currently have focus it will update automatically when you return to the window
      • If the window does have focus you will receive a message with a link that you can click to update the board to show the changes

We would like to extend this functionality further in the future but the key use case for this story is covered by the above.

      Thank you.

      Regards,
      Shaun Clowes

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

Currently, I need to refresh the browser to see changes done by someone else (like moving a card to another column), it would be useful to see updates to my rapid board immediately (changes being pushed to my browser).

in our company it is also broken, does not refresh not even after 5minutes, very bad... do not see any link on this issue related to some bug somebody would be solving...

This is still broken today. My team members are updating cards and I have to refresh to see those changes, which is pretty major considering this is a collaborative tool. Why is this still broken over a year after being reported?

Agreed, the team I work with still bounces between Google sheets and Jiradue to the fact that the real time feedback doesn't help the team work in tandem.

I understand that there's really supposed to be one Product Owner or Even One Scrum Master but with most teams being Remote today this real time feedback would be ideal.

This is why tools like Notion, Microsoft Loop, G Docs and Suite tend to be favored.

The collaborative capacity in real time. Although I just started with the team and I am currently new to Confluence or Jira–I'm no stranger to Trello.

There is definitely room for some flexibility, especially in the integration of the doc to board to tables (if it exists) this would truly be game changing for so many given the need for a modern workflow.

I am refreshing manually. This feature really works great in Trello for example (I know they are different products/tech) and other agile board tools.

            Tks

            Hello Team,

recent changes turned on autorefresh for kanban boards and nobody knows how/who/why/when did that.
If next time we get something turned off or broken what will we do?

            Please suggest.

It seems to have stop working. Now I have to refresh the board manually. Please resolve this ASAP.

            Thanks

My active board is not auto-refreshing when the parent status of an issue has changed. I used to get a Refresh call to action, but haven't seen these in weeks.

Did this actually get fixed? It does seem as if my board is auto-refreshing. Very much hoping this isn't temporary.

This is implemented as my Jira board now refreshes automatically.
