    Description

      If unregistering one component fails due to some environmental problems, we should catch all exceptions and still try to execute the other ones, to ensure that as many connections as possible are cut.

      To be tested:

      • regular plugin startup / shutdown
      • disabling and reenabling
      • JIRA start with bundled disabled
      • JIRA start with bundled enabled
      • JIRA start with bundled enabled but updated
