As a RB user, I want to be able to deselect issues if I have already selected them by simply clicking on the issue again

      Currently we have no way to deselect an issue without selecting another issue. This might be resolved with the option to multiple select, but I don't want to have to hold CTL if I only have 1 issue selected.
