As a JIRA Administrator I would like a GreenHopper Global Rank custom field created for each existing GreenHopper Rank custom field

    Description

      COS:

      • Rank the issues by taking projects in alphabetical order and then the rank within the project over to the Global Rank
      • Upgrade JQL filters that use the "Rank" custom field to use the "Rank" GreenHopper Global Rank custom field
      • Keep the "Global Rank" GreenHopper Global Rank custom field, make a note in the upgrade guide to remove these fields manually

      COS-GHS-3639:

      • migrate the field to a Global Rank field with the same name
      • take projects in alphabetical order, and issues ranked within those, over to the Global Rank
