To reproduce:

1. Add Time Tracking and Log Work to the Default Screen, the Workflow Screen, and the Resolve Issue Screen.
2. Create a new issue, e.g., A-1.
3. Set its original estimate to any non-zero amount, e.g. 1h.
4. Create a filter, key = A-1, save it as A-1 Filter.
5. Create a dashboard, add the Agile Gadget, set its filter to A-1 Filter.
6. On the gadget's Info tab, set the date range so that it includes today.
7. Observe that the Info tab and the Hours tab report 1h remaining.
8. Resolve A-1. On the Resolve Issue Screen, set the remaining time to 0h.
9. Observe that the gadget's Info and the Hours tab report 0h remaining. This is what I expect so far.
10. Reopen the issue. On the Workflow Screen, set the remaining time to 3h.
11. Observe that the Info tab reports 3h remaining; observe that the Hours tab still incorrectly reports 0h remaining. I would expect that the Hours tab would report 3h remaining.
