When we type Chinese characters in JIRA Agile (as attached file screenshot_01.jpg), after typing "Enter", those Chinese characters will turn into wrong encoding characters(as attached file screenshot_02.jpg ). In addition, wrong encoding character issue happens in JQL directly (as attached file screenshot_03.jpg). We cannot filter with issues that we need until we manually change chinese words (as attached file screenshot_04.jpg ).
