Configuration of custom and scrum templates lost after upgrade

    Description

      If custom templates were created or the scrum template was modified in a version prior to 5.4.2, an upgrade to one of the affected ones will cause the configuration associated with these templates to be lost. This bug is caused as a side effect of fixing http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-2826.
