Prioritization of Epics should also prioritize the children issues

When viewing Epics in the Planning Board and adjusting their priorities up and down, this does nothing to the priorities of the related children of the Epics. The Epic could be moved to the top of the heap, but the children could still remain at the bottom. This seems inconsistent. Any reordering of the Epics would then call for another manual reordering of the children. It makes Epics very unusable.
