Allow Non-working days to be set as recurring

Currently dates must be added manually, individually, using the clickable calendar. As the calendar starts at the current month every time a date is added, users do not want to go far into the future to set dates. This inconvenience increases the likelihood that they will not set many into the future. As annual dates dates go on forever, these too get missed out.

    Description

It would be great to be able to set recurring non-working days (e.g. annual public holidays such as 26th January in Australia).
A check box for the date to set it as an annual date would be sufficient. Once set the date would never be considered a working day ever again.
As many countries have annually recurring non-working days, this feature would be beneficial to many.

Also, it would be nice to be able to enter the dates in as text, rather than having to click forward through months every new date as the user adds dates further and further away into the future.
