Creating an Issue should not change my active project

You tend to only work on 1 project at a time, but yet you can raise issues on many projects. I find it frustrating (and time consuming) that every time I create an issue against another project, my active project gets changed to that project.

This is particularly annoying with regards to greenhopper, as the next time I go to the task board to get the next issue I need to work on, I get taken to the task board of the other project (which usually takes forever just to tell me that it can't display)
