The default workflow statuses do not show up in project task board mappings

To reproduce:

1. Create new workflow scheme but do not assign any workflows to it
2. Associate this workflow scheme to a project
3. The issues will follow the system default workflow "jira"
4. In GreenHopper task board, configure the individual project task board mappings. No status types will show up under "Statuses"
   
   The workaround is to explicitly assign the "jira" workflow to handle "All Unassigned Issue Types" in the workflow scheme.
